Association’s name: Welbourne Primary Parent Association
Association Objective: To raise funds for items that will benefit students at Welbourne Primary School and make their school life fun and enjoyable whilst being safe at the same time.
Any income and property of the association shall be used solely towards the promotion of the Objectives.
The association will decide what any money raised will be spent on but will always take into account the wishes and opinions of other people.
If there is a conflict on what should be purchased then a vote will be taken and the majority shall decide.
No member will be paid for any duties that are performed for the association – it is all voluntary.
Membership of the PTA is open to any parent/carer or teacher at Welbourne Primary School
An Annual General Meeting must be held once a year.
